A Family Legacy

Our Story

Enalis Studios & Apartments is a family business with a long presence in Karfas, Chios. It was first created in the late 1980s by Antonis’ grandmother, Mrs. Sevasti, who welcomed guests with care and personal attention for many years.

In 2025, Enalis was fully renovated and entrusted to her grandson, Antonis. The aim was simple: to create a comfortable and welcoming place that respects its past while meeting the needs of today’s traveler.

The property consists of five studios and apartments — three apartments and two studios — each able to accommodate up to four guests. One of the apartments is fully accessible for guests with disabilities, a feature we considered essential when redesigning the space, reflecting our commitment to comfort and accessibility for all.

Enalis is located within walking distance of Karfas Beach and offers private parking for guests who wish to use it as a base to explore the island’s beauty.

Whether you are visiting Chios for relaxation or discovery, Enalis offers a calm and comfortable place to feel at home.

Wonderful accommodation in an excellent location, just a few kilometers from Chora. The staff were exceptionally kind and discreet, while offering truly warm hospitality.
